We understand that you may need to cancel your registration due to unforeseen circumstances. L\u2019BRI may still be responsible for the cost of materials, meals, and event-related expenses planned with your attendance in mind, so the timing of your cancellation matters. L\u2019BRI will charge a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations received after June 5, 2025, and any remaining fee balance will be refunded. There are no refunds for cancellations received after June 30, 2025.<\/p>\n

Yes, through June 30, 2025, you may request to have your registration transferred to another Consultant.<\/p>\n

Please note that while we make every effort to have food selections with gluten free and vegetarian diets in mind, we are not able to accommodate all dietary preferences. If you have any special dietary needs or restrictions, we kindly suggest bringing any additional food to supplement the meals provided to ensure your comfort throughout the event.<\/p>\n

Step 1:\u00a0<\/strong>Choose the payment plan option on your registration.<\/p>\n

Step 2:\u00a0<\/strong>After you register, you need to go into your Business Center \u2013 Orders \u2013 Place Consultant Order to purchase the payment plan using the item number\u00a0CONV25M<\/strong>. (If you register in April, you will need to use item number CONV25A<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Please note that the payment plan is available only to Consultants registering by April 30, 2025 and may not be purchased for guest registrations. If you register in March, an initial payment of $60 will be processed and the remaining payments of $60 each will be processed in April, May, and June. If you register in April, an initial payment of $65 will be processed and the remaining payments of $65 each will be processed in May, June, and July.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You may want to check out the 3rd Street Market Hall, a hospitality-driven food hall housing local cuisine, exceptional drinks, and engaging games. The Market Hall boasts 15 food vendors. From treasured Wisconsin classics to ethnic fare, these vendors bring the best of the best representing Milwaukee\u2019s rich and diverse heritage.<\/p>\n

Yes. Guests aged 18 and over are welcome to attend the full event by purchasing a registration OR join you for the awards banquet only for $99 (March 5 \u2013 April 30) or $129 (May 1 \u2013 June 30). Please note that only registered guests will be permitted to attend the event<\/u>. This includes General Sessions, Business Building Seminars, and meal functions.<\/p>\n

CHILD POLICY:<\/strong>\u00a0L\u2019BRI National Convention 2025 is considered a business event, therefore, children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend. This includes any aspect of the event, including General Sessions, breakout training, and meal functions.
\u2013 In order to accommodate nursing mothers, nursing infants 12 months and under are allowed at the event. Please keep in mind that bringing an infant to National Convention is a personal choice and should be carefully considered.
\u2013 During General Session, workshops and meals infants must be carried in arms or secured in a front baby carrier, stroller or car seat. Infants who are walking should not be allowed to walk around to ensure their safety. Childcare is not provided onsite during the event, and L\u2019BRI staff are unable to assist in any way with temporary childcare during the event.
\u2013 You may consider bringing a caregiver (e.g., spouse, grandparent, aunt, nanny) to assist you outside of the event and minimize any potential distractions so that you, as well as other Consultants, can enjoy the experience and value of National Convention.<\/p>\n
