Travel Incentive Terms & Conditions:
<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The L\u2019BRI Founders\u2019 Club Trip qualification period is July 1 – December 31, 2025. Points for sales of new Consultants you sponsor will be counted from May 1 – December 31, 2025.<\/li>\n
  2. L\u2019BRI is not responsible for any data entry or processing difficulties; only orders, shows, enrollments received within the qualification period will count toward trip qualification points.<\/li>\n
  3. Only a Consultants personal retail sales volume (max. 30,000 pts.) or the retail sales of personally sponsored Consultants (7,500 per new Consultant) are eligible for trip points.<\/li>\n
  4. You must be an active Independent Consultant in good standing with the company during the incentive qualification period and at the time of travel.<\/li>\n
  5. Points and prizes are non-transferable. In the event that you are unable to travel but earn the trip, special cash bonuses will be awarded in lieu of travel. Cash bonuses for the 2025 trip are:\u00a0 the amount of $650 (Level 1 achievers), $1,250 (Level 2 achievers), $2,000 (Level 3 achievers) or $2,500 (Level 4 achievers).<\/li>\n
  6. Trip refunds will not be available under any circumstance. Cancellations after the trip registration deadline will be ineligible for cash compensation.<\/li>\n
  7. Trip earners can make their own flight arrangements and be reimbursed by L\u2019BRI or can book their travel arrangements through Bon Voyage World Travel Experts.<\/li>\n
  8. Flights may be booked as soon as you plan to travel, or may be booked once you have officially earned the Founders\u2019 Club Trip incentive.<\/li>\n
  9. Your official trip registration must be completed, and travel booked no later than January 5, 2025 in order for us to reserve your hotel accommodations and flight arrangements. Trip registrations after this deadline (if accommodation is available) will be subject to higher costs.<\/li>\n
  10. If you choose to bring a guest on the trip, you must be present for the guest to attend. You may not bring another L\u2019BRI Consultant or their immediate family members as your guest. Only one guest, age 18 or older, is allowed for each Consultant who has earned the trip.<\/li>\n
  11. Once Bon Voyage Travel has booked your flight and accommodation, you will not be allowed to change your travel dates or itinerary under any circumstances.<\/li>\n
  12. All accommodations are based on double occupancy. All earners who do not invite a guest will have a roommate selected by L\u2019BRI. We will make every effort to honor roommate requests.<\/li>\n
  13. During travel, flight changes, cancellation or baggage fees etc. are the traveler\u2019s responsibility.<\/li>\n
  14. Arrival\/Departure transportation to\/from resort\/airport is provided by L\u2019BRI. Transportation outside of official trip dates is the responsibility of each traveler.<\/li>\n
  15. This incentive promotion is void where prohibited by law. Acts of fraud or attempted fraud are grounds for disqualification and termination. L\u2019BRI reserves the sole right to determine and verify trip earners.<\/li>\n
  16. Former Consultants who choose to rejoin the business during the incentive period must purchase a new kit to be considered a new Consultant for the purposes of this incentive and to count toward the total number of sponsored new consultants.<\/li>\n
  17. During the incentive period, you may not \u201cplace\u201d your sales or the sales of another Consultant under another Consultant to receive trip points. Anyone found to be placing sales under another Consultant\u2019s account for purposes of qualification will be disqualified.<\/li>\n
  18. Consultant acknowledges that L\u2019BRI and Bon Voyage World Travel Experts are not responsible for any fees or surcharges incurred because of Consultant\u2019s cancellations or changes in travel plans.<\/li>\n
  19. L\u2019BRI will make all decisions with respect to questions concerning the issues of eligibility, interpretation of contest rules, and earners status. Those decisions will be considered final.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
