Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my registration?
We understand that you may need to cancel your registration due to unforeseen circumstances. L’BRI may still be responsible for the cost of materials, meals, and event-related expenses planned with your attendance in mind, so the timing of your cancellation matters. L’BRI will charge a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations received after June 5, 2026, and any remaining fee balance will be refunded. There are no refunds for cancellations received after June 30, 2026.
Can I transfer my registration to another Consultant?
Yes, through June 30, 2026, you may request to have your registration transferred to another Consultant.
Can I request special meals at THRIVE?
Attendees will select a boxed lunch for Friday and Saturday, as well as a plated meal for the Awards Banquet on Friday night. Coffee will be available on Friday and Saturday morning outside the Grand Ballroom.
These meals have been carefully curated by the chef. If you have a medically necessary allergy, please indicate it in the field provided so that we may make every reasonable effort to accommodate your need. Please note that we will not be able to make changes to menus/meals on-site. For more restrictive diets, we kindly suggest bringing any additional food to supplement the meals provided to ensure your comfort throughout the event.
How does the payment plan work?
Step 1: Choose the payment plan option on your registration.
Step 2: After you register, you need to go into your Business Center – Orders – Place Consultant Order to purchase the payment plan using the item number CONV26.
Please note that the payment plan is available only to Consultants registering by April 30, 2026 and may not be purchased for guest registrations. An initial payment of $59.75 will be processed and the remaining payments of $59.75 each will be processed in May, June, and July.

May I bring a guest to National Convention?
Yes. Guests aged 18 and over are welcome to attend the full event by purchasing a registration OR join you for the awards banquet only for $89. Simply click the ‘Add Another THRIVE Guest’ button at the bottom of your registration form. Please note that only registered guests will be permitted to attend the event. This includes General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, and meal functions.
CHILD POLICY:
THRIVE 2026 is considered a business event; therefore, children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend. This includes any aspect of the event, including General Sessions, breakout training, and meal functions.
In order to accommodate nursing mothers, nursing infants 12 months and under are allowed at the event. Please keep in mind that bringing an infant to THRIVE is a personal choice and should be carefully considered. During General Sessions, breakout sessions, and meals, infants must be carried in arms or secured in a front baby carrier, stroller, or car seat. Infants who are walking should not be allowed to walk around to ensure their safety.
Childcare is not provided onsite during the event, and L’BRI staff are unable to assist in any way with temporary childcare during the event. You may consider bringing a caregiver (e.g., spouse, grandparent, aunt, nanny) to assist you outside of the event and minimize any potential distractions so that you, as well as other Consultants, can enjoy the experience and value of THRIVE.
Will THRIVE T-Shirts be available for purchase?
Yes. You may purchase your shirt as part of your convention registration. T-Shirt sales end on June 12, 2026.
